2 of our plants are turning yellow on 2 of the lower leaves and there touching the ground, it has been through 2 frosts in the past week but there still alive but going downhill. any help would be great

how big are the plants....number of nodes?.....are you feeding anything........are you using mulch? climate?
put a milk jug over it at night if its gonna be cold
3 nodes i believe there getting about 10 inches tall,the healthiest one isnt as tall, its just regular black soil with nothing special added,just a small pot of regular fertilizer and then black dirt thats about 25% sand maybe a little more? it has 4-5 sets of leaves,only first set is yellow the rest are green????one is really bad and the other 2 are moderately yellow.on the lower leaves
could be the 'regulare fetilizer' you put on at a young age.
when you say the first set of leaves are yellow which leaves do you mean. the cotyloydons:( first 2 leaves to arrive from seed)?
