Trying to grow 3 plants.

Ive got 5 going, im going to be growing them forever how long until they get about a foot, and then move them outside, ive got a nice location. but my question is this good enough, until they get a little bit bigger?

ive got two of these lightbulbs on it i think theyre 23 watt.

can't see much in those pics but the lights you describe should give you plenty of vegative growth, what about ventilation, you have a fan in that box?

no but i will soon, its not that hot , except right next to the bulb. but im getting a fan tomorrow or the next day. and cutting a whole to make the it ventilate
