Could someone please assist me, it would be greatly apreciated! thanks in advance!!!!

I was just wondering whats the ratio of vegtable oil to weed, when cooking the weed, and is there any specific oil i should use while cooking? (it would be a GREAT help if you could give me a instructions on how to cook the weed)
