Its in the lap of the gods now...

i was off the smoke for over 70 days and was testing positive with the home test kits, but 3 weeks ago i drank water and took the test to see if i could pass because i was gettin anxious as i had a medical and physical coming up. So the test i took 3 weeks ago was negative (im guessing the water diluted my sample). I had my physical and medical today and drank water on the journey to the barracks where i was to take my test, I pissed midstream and it seemed to be fairly clear in colour. So the big question is, should i be stressing about the results which are out in 3 weeks time?? I'd like to hear any feedback because this whole scenario is driving me crazy.

By the way today it's been 97 days since the last time i've smoked. As you can probably gather, i was pretty fond it lol

Your prospects should be pretty good with that much time. Following the dillution sticky always helps.
