HELP! UT coming up in 2hrs!!! YIKES!

last night while hanging with a friend i decided to take 1 small hit off a bong. im worried sick and i just started a new job. i have to take a urine screen today. i havent smoked since january up until last night and all i did was one ( final) small toke. should i be worried?

That's going to be close but not hopeless. I would either substitute or follow the dilution sticky exactly as you probably don't need to push it and risk a negative dilute.
