Europe trip this July

I'm headed to Bulgeria and hopefully everywhere inbetween there and the Netherlands, any suggestions on what I should look out for besides the obvious gypsys

You just gotta talk to people. You'll also most likely get it when you are having a good time as opposed to solely looking for it. Just hit bars and clubs, parties on beaches etc., someone will offer you at some point, no matter where you go.
