What light should i choose?

Hi ppl, i was wondering if you cud tell me wat wud be best for me to get, either the grow light with the 250W Osram Son-T-Plus Sodium Lamp for £75, or the Grow Light With 400W Grolux Dual Spectrum Lamp for £80. Opinions would be appreciated 2day as im looking to order them 2 nyt thanks ppl.

Not sure what type of space or growing your're doing, but from a pure economics point of view, 5 pounds more gets you 150watts more. Yanks call that a no-brainer.

A 400watt Gro-Lux dual spectrum is a very flexible light, that should do most anything for ya'.
