Just moved my babies outdoors

Hello fellow growers.

I had started my plants indoors while it was still cold outside. I keep them inside for 30 days, in small plastic blue cups. I planted all 4 outside today. After i planted i noticed that i had made the plots the plants where in not flush with the surrounding ground. They are about 2 inches below the ground. I didn't know if this would be a possible problem with flooding them out. I figuered i would come back and ask for advice before raising them flush to the ground, or possibly mounded up.

So i need some fellow growers advice considering this is my first grow. Should i raise them up flush or mounded? Or just leave them as they are.
