Little Worried about my test today, need question answered about Quest procedure

Yesterday I passed an at home testing hit and now today I did slight dilution to my urine. The problem is that my urine came out neon yellow from b-complex for my urine sample at Quest.

The collector seemed suspicious and said "you must take lots of vitamins" and I replied "well they help since i don't eat healthy as a poor college student".

She then put my sample in a very sturdy bag to be sent somewhere. I am confused because I thought that Quest does the testing on the spot? Is it possible she is sending it to MC/MS? If so, then I am fucked because I can't pass 15 ng/ml. On the Quest form she didn't put anything under observations so that makes me feel somewhat better. Is the wrapping of the sample in heavy duty wrapping normal?

It will be sent off for immunossay and if they find something then it will be tested with GC/MS

they send the sample to a lab to do the test, there are many collection centers in an area, but they all send them to the same lab facility to test.
