Advice on Timing Needed.

High Everyone
My partner in the "biz" has left Dodge so to speak. :( He was the one mostly in charge of the actual show. I want to continue but seriously need advice. What we had was a monthly crop off of 24 plants. Right beside them, in the same room was another 24 plants which would crop off at the end of the following month.
The veg room contained the plants that move in (24) the bud room when 24 cropped off.
What I was never privy to, was the timing involved, to maintain this perfect cycle.
Need to know from the time I put rooted babies into the veg room, WHEN do I start another 24 rooted babies and at what time do I move the first one's into the bud room, etc. etc. etc.
Hope this isn't too confusing, cause reading it leads me to believe it could be...
Thanks in advance for any info. Would REALLY like to get back to a cycle that worked SO WELL. :) I'll stay tuned...

You'll have to ask yourself a few questions to get the best idea on timing; like, how long does the strain you're growing require to mature in flowering? (8 weeks, 10 weeks, longer?) Also, how long do you plan to veg the plants out once they've been rooted? If you'll be throwing them directly into 12/12, then ignore this question. But if you'll be growing them out some, that will need to be factored into everything as well.

After every harvest, plan on taking either rooted cuttings or grown clones and putting them into the flowering room to make up for the ones just taken down.
