anyone know whether spiders are bad in the groowroom?.theirs a little spider that seems to love my groowroom(i catch her stick her outside and she's back in a couple of days)i belive in karma and dont wanna kill her.so are spiders bad(do they carry nasty pests or kill anthing)are can i leave her be.cheers!
If you're having a problem with pests in the growroom, spiders can be effective at removing them... but you'd have to deal with their webs covering your plants in order for them to catch their prey. A better alternative, in my opinion, are ladybugs. They're one of the best pest assassins you can have in a growroom. They won't eat your plants, and they're great at eradicating (or nearly eradicating) many types of infestations.
If you don't have any pests in your growroom, I'd put the spider outside where it can have access to a better source of food.

I've got spiders, ladybugs, and wasps in my grow room. I HAD a bad mite infestation on my plants when I moved in, but now it is really under control. I credit the whole little ecosystem for that! :D
I always leave spiders be. I just imagine them looking at a grow room as a lovely buffet of mites and thrip larvae, both EASY prey that can't really run away very fast, or fly.

an ecosystem in the closet. and i thought i was growing organicly. lol
