when I left IL in '82, they were becoming non-committal about possession, and cultivation busts weren't that common ... from what my friends there say now, they will throw the book at you for cultivation ... but, what I say, or another dummy says, don't mean shit :wtf: ... GET A LAWYER that specializes in pot cases, if possible ... I think there may be lawyer referral links on the NORML website ... good luck :thumbsup:
