leaving for military training, need expert advice

alright so i've been clean for about 9 days, and i have only been smoking for maybe a month, month and a half tops. im leaving april 29th for basic training and will be tested on the 29th for any drugs in my system. i am 5'7 170 pounds, and i stay fairly active. is this long enough to get clean naturally or should i begin to look into some detox products? total time i will have to get clean, 19 days, any info will be GREATLY appreciated!

Dont take any chances, check out the DILUTION STICKY at the top of this forum. Just stay clean and active, when you get closer to the test date start doing test runs with a home test. DILUTION WILL SAVE YOUR ASS.

Quit immediately. Military will check for 20ng instead of the standard 50ng. You will not have a chance of diluting as they will try to get your first piss of the morning by waking you up for a surprise test at 4am in the morning. Good luck

haha thanks, i recently (as in today) started taking 500 mg of niacin a day. it burns and is no fun at all but i have a close friend who swears by it. its been 11 days now i've been clean with 8 left. hopefully by saturday i'll be clean from the niacin. any thoughts on my new strategy?

One of my friends enlisted in the Marines a while back. He failed the piss test in basic training but it took them one month to kick him out. He wasted a month of his life and had to wait two years to re-enlist. And if you are applying for any branch besides the Marines, you can forget about joining the military at all. The other branches won't give you a second chance.

I strongly recommend delaying your ship date by whatever means necessary. It hasn't been too long since you last smoked and the military drug tests have a low threshold for THC. Dilution or subbing will not be available to save you. I would not take the risk.

If you fail the test, you'll look like a fool. Imagine having to explain to everyone you know why you got kicked out of basic training. As a last resort if you can't think of any creative lies, you can explain your situation to your recruiter. He'll probably IT the piss out of you but he'll understand and help you out.
