help please! mh conversion bulb

k, so i orderd 150w mh conversion bulb for my 150w hps setup..... its not burning bright, just the iner core starts up and glows a little, but its not getting brighter after a few minutes like it should.... any ideas??

do i have to hang mu bulb vertically instead of horizontally?

is it cause my ballast isnt a pulse ignitor?

i need to figure this out ;/

just sounds like a bad bulb. Call them and tell them it doesn't work. See if they'll ship you a replacement bulb with a pre-paid return box for the broken bulb.
