I'm due to see my doctor tomorrow morning for my recommendation. Can anyone tell me the best dispensary in my area? I live in Irvine.
Also, any rec's on best marijuana available? I have a bong, but is there a better (or safer) way to ingest it? I get indigestion if I eat it, or swallow smoke.

Vaporizing is probably the healthiest way to inhale cannabis, however it isn't cheap. The Volcano Vaporizer has been tested to remove 95% of carcinogens in cannabis smoke, meaning what you do breath is less toxic and more of the good stuff, I wouldn't know how well other Vaporizers fair but I would imagine they are all about the same.
There is some controversy about bongs, some claim the water filters out THC, some claim it doesn't, nor does it do a good job filtering out harmful carcinogens, I'm not a scientist so I wouldn't know. But the best suggestion I have heard is to use a long pipe, this way the smoke can cool down and you won't inhale as much carcinogens as a shorter pipe, but compared to a vaporizer I doubt they can compare health-wise.

I haven't smoked for a long time (couple years actually), but I've got a lot of good tips for people who need help with vaporizers. I've had a vapor bros and volcano classic for 5 yrs so if anyone has questions for someone with first hand experience, hit me up.
Breeze4u, vaporizers are the way to go. No more hacking up stuff or having a heavy chest the next morning. It greatly reduces couch lock too. It will get you ripped, but in a different way than using a bong.
