Need some expert Advice.

Hello all, just wanted to say thank you for all the good advice going around these boards. I am sure it has helped many people in passing a very big test.

Well now I am at one of those very big test. I just recently found out I was accepted into the nursing program last Friday. They do a drug test and I am wondering where I stand, and any tips any of you could provide.

As of today I have not smoked pot for 18 days. I am not 100% sure when the test exactly is, but I have a very good idea it is on May 5th.

When I did smoke pot 18 days ago, I smoked a join one day, and the next day I smoked probably a bowl split between 3 people. (before these days I probably didn't smoke for well over a month to 2 months.

I am not the skinniest person, I am probably 235 pounds 6'4, don't really exercise a whole lot, but i do walk around my campus a lot so its better than nothing I assume.

Basically I am wondering where exactly I stand, and if theres anything I can do to make 100% sure I pass the test. I do plan on going to a store and getting a drug test in a week or so. I don't plan on buying any Detox drinks or anything like that, I am smart enough to read other forum post before I randomly put weird stuff down like drinking vinegar and stuff.

I guess the main tip question I am looking for is what kind of Diet is good, high calorie, low calorie, high fiber. I also plan on exercising if I can figure out the right kind, (Weight lifting, or just jogging).

Anyway thanks for your help, This is a really big deal, I am trying to get into the nursing program which would assure me an amazing job after 2 years, and a really solid career. Thanks for your advice in advance :)!

I'm new to this forum, but have had some experience diluting in the past, and have been reading the hell out of this forum for the last few days.

From what it sounds like to me, you'll have over a month clean after only smoking for 2 days, correct? If thats the case, I think you're pretty much in the clear man. From my experience (In the military, i was clean for a few months, smoked heavily for a couple days, and still managed pass a random test only 5 days later with some last minute water chugging to dilute my sample), if you're already clean and you only smoke a little, that shit is out of you in a week tops. Its the consistent smoking that makes it build up in your fat cells and hang around for months on end.

Anyway, I'm no expert, but hopefully thats a little reassuring...

Still definitely get some home test kits, and follow the dilution sticky or a slightly toned down version of it, and test yourself. My guess is you're probably already clean and clear after 18 days, and with even more time to spare, you've got nothing to worry about.

It is such a big oppritunity i really dont want to fuck it up, I guess i just didnt know due to my metabolism if the THC might stay in me for maybe a month plus. I'm not 100% sure when the actual test is, i guess ill do it May 5th and every other meeting we have until its been a few months.

Guerillalodik has given you some great starting information and I think your on the right track. Some other great ways to help you shed some thc metabolites would be cardio and metamucil. Running will help to raise your metabolism and fiber will help to excrete thc metabolite through your colon. Your a pretty big guy so I would recommend both and defiantly test yourself periodically. You've got some time so push yourself and I think you'll be fine. Good luck!

Be sure and test yourself at home. We've had posters here that take over 60 days to get clean so test yourself to be sure.
High fiber diet or metamucil with some exercise will help. And of course there's always subbing as an option if you're not getting clean.

I tested myself at home about a week ago and it came up negative. I really hope those "at home test kits" are accurate.

However, friday night I took some shrooms, ( i hear they are out of you in a couple days.)
Anyway after the trip stoped peaking my friends drove around and smoked some pot. We had the windows rolled down and I put my shirt over my nose so I would breathe as little as possible in. Any chance that might get in me?

No you will be fine, its virtually impossible to acquire thc from second hand smoke. Most of it sticks to your lungs when you inhale the smoke so the exhaled smoke doesn't contain much.

Well today was the big day and I got tested. I took an at home test kit 4ish weeks ago (negative) but for some reason I am still pretty nervous.

I didn't know the test was today so I only drank two and a half bottles of water.

My question is, is it possible for them to do one below 50ng, and if they did after testing negative 4 weeks ago would I be ok? (It is for working at the hosipital if that makes a difference.)

I also wonder if they might re-test me due to possible negative diluding, (I would think not due to my urine being light yellow).
