well i have 4 baby plants outside because weve been having great weather but....
tomorrow its supposed to thunder storm and so is the next day and the rest of the week is supposed to be mostly cloudy is this ok or should i put em under some indoor lighting until the weather is better?

Ususally the young plant are not used to the outdoor light, this will stress the plant. Sure a thunderstorm is not the best time to get the out there, but a cloudy day may be a good idea to give the plants time to get use to the outside power of the sun... I'm not an used with the outdoor growing, that is only my point of view.
How big are they? If they're really small (3-6 inches) you might want to move them inside. If they're 8 inches or more, you should be fine. how long have they been outside? Are they in pots/cups or are they planted in the ground?
they are only a week old so like 3 inches tall and they are in cups..
but i should move them inside?
it never rained but its supposed to storm today so im going to do that.
I would NEVER bring an outdoor plant inside, regardless of how small ... even small plants could bring insects/eggs along with it, not worth the risk, IMHO ... place it under a tree or bush, to shelter it, if you're concerned ... :jointsmile:
If I were you I would gather 4, 1 Gallon milk jugs and cut the bottoms off. Then poke a few holes around the jug for air flow, or you could cover the jug with a blanket or a towel. This is also a very good way to keep them warm if you have a cold front come thru. It's an easy and cheap way to keep them safe.
