somebody helpppppp me

im am thinking about growing this summer in massachusetts but i have a few questions:

-when should i do it
-in what type of spot should i plant them
-how many
-what type of weed should i get
-where could i get the seeds

if anyone could answer these questions and help me out a little i would be wicked happy

sorry, wish i could help u but i dont know much about outdoor growing other than you have to wait till the threat of a frost is over before u think about planting in the soil.
