Can you find an in-between size pot? The box is very large. You want something about 1-2 gallons for the next size pot.
Also, you have spider mites and the plant looks hungry. You should treat for mites immediately (pyrethrin bombs, at least twice, spaced 2-3 days apart, then a light mist with neem oil a couple times a week until 4 weeks before harvest). Test the pH of the soil runoff to see if you are locked out because of pH problems.
A large wooden crate like that is more an outdoor type of container. Hint: GREAT for growing potatoes!!! Just dump it out to harvest!

I have taken care of the mites, and gonna feed the plant more often, whit more nutes....
Here are a few pix of plant in the box....i couldn't find any smaller pot, so i have to transplant it in this one...gonna put a plastic bag in the bottom of the box, then fill it whit soil....but the question remains, when do you think should i transplant??

I don't think you should use plastic, I think you should use wire mesh. More drainage= happier plants. Looks like you could transplant the next time your soil dries out enough. Don't transplant if you have a soggy rootball, except in emergencies- the ball can break apart under its own weight!
