MASSACHUSETTS: I need a solid answer.
Ive looked at 11ty billion different websites for the last frost date and when to plant outside. I have started a few plants indoors and i am confused as to when i should put them outside.
The overgrown calculator says...

but other websites say not to put plants outdoors until may. Any input will be appreciated.

Call the local agricultural extension and ask or speak to a local farmer.
BTW there is no hard date even within zones. Your own micro-climate will effect things, for example I have a garden on the south side of my house, with full sun 3/4 of a day, in a very protected (from winds) area that is ready to grow weeks before any of my open fields are ready.

I'm a registered Masshole and put my tomato plants out about May first. You want to have your cannabis plants out by the end of June.
FYI our USDA zone is 5. Yours may be 5a or 5b depending upon where you live. Cape Cod and Islands may actually be zone 6.
