back at it again, indoors/outdoors :)

hi there, this is smokealot's 3'rd grow.. nothing too serious just gunning for a little harvest and a little more experiance twards my 4'th grow i hope, i only have 3 outs on this grow, just 3 seeds so i hope most of them are female lol.. right now im at the basic part (getting the plant strong enough for the outdoors) i just got basic flower garden soil from the flower garden and filled a small pot with it and planted 2 of my seeds in there.. 4 days later now im seeing sighns of life:)

i just use the window and natural sun light because it seems so much warmer there rather than a 26 watt cfl, think i should use the window or the cfl ? and does it matter if im switching back and forward from cfl and sun ?
