Hi, it costs e alot to get CFL lights and i was wondering if I could veg on my 6 6500K 1450Lume CFL's and then flower off the same bulbs but change light to 12/12?
Would that work or would i have to get 2700k bulbs for flower?

2700k bulbs would give better results but yes you can flower with 6500KQuote:

ah ok, I might just do that when flowering comes around. Swap 3 that is to 2700k.
Cheers
I'm not sure how much cfl's are there in Austrailia but a 4 pack of soft white bulbs (2700K - 3500K) only costs about $6-8 US dollars.
It'd be in your best interest to go ahead and just swap bulbs once flowering comes along.
yea how much $ are they there? i'm kind of curious now. But I still think with just swaping out 3 you would be ok. like mh together with hps.
Its $6.95 for a 23watt CFL 1450 lumes.
I cant go any higher in watts as the base fixture (BC - Batton Connection) is the only fixture I can buy cheaply as ES type fittings are expensive but support higher watts (26 watt +)
But yes, i have bought 3 of each im just in desperate need of money for fans >< Ive already lost one plant to heat :(
Well done, but damn that is pricey for one 23 watter... yet cheap compared to HID bulbs.
you lost one? what are your temps?
