I know its in japanese, but its fairly simple; click-and-hold for angle, release for desired power, then click above the flying guy to hit downwards (which recharges depending on speed) and click below the flying guy to hit upwards (only get 3 I think)

and if you see the word 'special' click fast! something awesome will happen, resulting in much flight time.
