GROWTH SLOWWW, DROOPY, AND MOLDY :(
:(Hey, I finally have some pics for you Attic to help you with my diagnosis. Right now on Pic 2: I have a little mold on my NL, few days ago I treated the plant with some copper fungicide about 1/2 a teaspoon in a liter of tap water, is that enough? Also this plant has been growing very slowly its been a month, why? On Pic 1: I have some droopy leaves, I know it could be overwatering but I water it every two days, could it be root bound? On Pic 3: I have a sativa that has claws, rootbound? Pics 4 and 5 are my setup.

GROWTH SLOWWW, DROOPY, AND MOLDY :(
im fairly new to all this as well, but i've had 3 successful grows
i would say it's probably your waters ph
also i never heard of adding epsom salts to the soil?
normally epsom is for foliar feeding
i also heard that it's difficult to grow in the attic due to the constant changes in temperatures
i'd also like to mention that you may need a more powerful light source
see what the other more experienced growers think
i would flush em with ph'd water myself
oh and reduce the watering, only water when the pots feel light and the soil feels dry(stick finger in)
GROWTH SLOWWW, DROOPY, AND MOLDY :(
oh and the fertiliser may be to acidic aswell
see what the others think before doing anything too drastic
GROWTH SLOWWW, DROOPY, AND MOLDY :(
Just a couple of observations...
Likely time to transplant. When you do, keep soil level to within about 3/4" - 1" from top of pot. The surface roots need the fresh air circulated across the surface. A lower soil level prevents air circulation.
MG Africal Violet soil mix has a initial nute content of 5-5-5. It says after 30 days, to suppliment the nutes. Would do so right after transplant. (asap)
Would lose the African Violet nutes for acid-loving plants. The peat in the soil will keep the ph down already...using this stuff might just be causing nute lock-out, likely causing that yellowing you tried to correct with the magnesium sulphate. (epsom salts)
You will want a fert in the 6-4-4 or 12-8-8 range, or so, for vegetative growth. You might want to look into aquiring some micronutes, also.
The Schults Phosphorous...is that the 10-52-10 stuff? If so...that's a really strong bloom fert. Would begin use at a lesser dilution rate, once you switch to 12/12, and get used to the product's effects on the ladies. Using a bloom fert in the 2-4-6 or 4-8-12 range is easier to work with.
Knowing your run-off ph would be a big help in keeping your ladies happy.

How did you apply the copper fungicide? Be VERY careful with that stuff not to get it in the soil. Once you have a Cu toxicity situation, it's VERY difficult to fix.
Epsom salts in the soil are another bad situation.
You will want to flush WELL with tap water set to a pH of 6.8-7.0 to counteract the effects of both the excess metals you have added, and the acid-loving-plant food, which has too low a pH for cannabis.
Powdery Mildew on pot plants is best prevented with a horticultural oil such as Neem or SMC leaf wash. I prefer to use SMC lately since it smells a lot better, lol. You can also treat with Bacillus subtilis (Serenade from home deopt or walmart), whcih is a beneficial microorganism and impossible to overdose on, lol!
Other than that, Rusty covered it all.
