Howdy all you heads out there. Im startin a new grow in my new cabinet I just built. I will be growing Lowryder2. YEAH, YEAH I know. All the haters say what you must. I too was once an avid opponent of the A.F. strains until i tried some lowryder2 bubble hash. I was quite impressed(bud was not a bad smoke either). Ive been smokin for about 20 years now and just moved from NorCal (hey to all those in the 925)to Washington state. So i desperately miss my medical card. So im growing my own. My cabinet is about 7ft wide, 3ft deep and 4ft tall with one large grow chamber and too side chambers for seedlings and germination.All made from 3/4 plywood lined with 2ml silver mylar. Growing them in an old ebb and flow tray, but will be hand watering. Im using 400w hid switchable light. germinated 10 seeds under cfls a week ago. 9 sprouted and moved under 400w M.H. About 3 feet away, they seem to enjoy the new light. Switch too H.P.S in a week or 2.Currently on 18/6 wich is where i will stay. Growing in FoxFarm ocean forest. No nutes for another week or so. Nutes will also be FoxFarm. Cabinet has a great odorscrubber just need a small oscillating fan. Will post picks and try 2 update as much as my brain cell deprived mind can remember too. :jointsmile:

Hey I know im a noobie on this forum so my questions and grow log will most likley b ignored. Believe me I understand the trust noone philosophy. This grow log is mostly 4 my own sanity. So as not to lose track of where I am in the grow. I refuse to keep hand written notes. But I have a quikie 2 ask about feeding these seedlings, the are a week old and look good. Will start some nutes in another week or so. At a quarter strength i guess. Was wondering do you need to feed these a grow nute at all, or just a light bloom fert. Since they are an A.F. strain? Using all FoxFarm organic nutes, in ocean forest soil under a 400w M.H. lamp. Any advice would be great.

I would think you would feed a grow nute like you would any other plant, but, I know not the ways of Hydro.

This is my update for my lowryder2 seedlings. They are now 2 weeks old and about 3-4 inches tall. Finally got a fan for my grow box. And a temp/humidity gauge. temps are running between 79F and 86F with humidity in the 36-39%. There looking awesome for what they are. Going to switch too 400w hps here in a couple days. Currently using m.h 400w. Hope temps dont raise too much. Also i will start a lite bloom fert. Since research tells me grow ferts are not needed on an autoflower strain. Will post pics soon. Continuing to find good purple to hold me over for 1400 a half#. Not bad price in my book. Having old stoner friends helps. TTFN!
