I'm going in to get my Six pack license (launch license) for work, and we are required to pass a Drug Test Report (5 Substance SAMSHA â?? CG-719-P).
Ive been smoking regularly since August (2-3 times a week), but i've taken a 9 day break, and i'll keep going if necessary. I also work out 5-6 days a week and run 3-4 days a week. I'm 6'0 and weigh about 155lbs.
Im thinking about buying some home test strips, but the test isnt untill april 5th, what do you think?
ur fine dude , get a cuple galons of water drink them , also get some propel and drink alot , and if you drink 2 galons and a 6 pack of propel in a 3 day perioid ull be perfect , but a day b4 the test drink another galon and then test ur self you should be fine.

Sparksomechange, you have got some time so i would suggest getting some metamucil and test strips. Keep up your regular workout schedule and periodically test yourself. You dont need to over hydrate, but as you workout keep up your fluid levels. Read the dilution sticky and follow it to a tee the morning of the test. Your pretty lean dude so i wouldnt worry to much. Haha, theres no way I could drink a gallon of water in one day anyways. Ive been going through two Nalgene bottles a day, which is normal. Thanks for the advice guys!
TOALLY ignore spazzoids post. That was as wrong as wrong can be. I can't really even believe he posted it. Follow Deige's advice. Also, I would lay off on exercising for a couple days before the test. If not lay off, at least do your most lackadaisical workouts on those few days. Bad idea to burn alot of fat and release more metabolites right before your test.
