In Need of Advice.....

Hey Guys, I have a situation and just need some advice. Im a 6 foot 1 Male, pretty big guy, i weigh 300lbs but im not a fat slob. I play college football and work out every day. I was a daily smoker atleast once a day. I havent Smoked in EXACTLY 3 weeks. I took an At Home test today and failed. My Drug Test is 14 days away and i plan on taking another test before then.

My question is do you think i should try and use quick fix? Do you think i should Dilute?

Im nervous about the quick fix because im scared that i may mess up or drop it, something along those lines because of my nervousness.

Im nervous about diluting because idk, what if it doesnt work.

Im also freaking out because 21 days sober, and still failed a take home test...that freaks me out.....any advice?:(

You need to do some homework and put together a plan that will work for you. In the 3 weeks that you've been off, have you been exercising? If not I say you pick that up for the next week and a half of these 14 days. QF is a solve all, but it also depends on the test your taking, if your going to be observed I'd say bad call. If its a lab test for a job, I say go QF and toke today,. dont worry bout it. Now if your freedom depends on this test you aught be clean even if you plan on QF'ing in case there are any hang ups. Read the forums, I like a combination of daily multi-vits, a high fiber diet, and I use Niacin (read the post, the one from the military guy gives a good guide). Get yourself a 10 pack of tests ordered today from e-bay or a company so you can test multiple times. Do your homework, dont expect someone to post everything you need to know. There is plenty on these forums for you to get an idea of exactly what you need to do.

schmokey if there isn't anybody watching you yhen use qf I used it today and everything went smoooth read my thread titled I DID IT and I explained how well it went for me so if I were u I would use the qf and put the worries bhind you and fire up a spliff

If you can't sub, you are a great candidate for dilution.

Read up and do some practice runs.

I bet you could pass tomorrow with a full dilution regime...

Ill keep everyone updated on my situation, i just purchased a bunch of tests on EBAY and plan on doing some practice dilution runs, see how they workout.
