Quick question on starting plants indoors
Alright well I am about to begin my first grow, outdoors. I am at the end of germination, and will be putting my plants in Dixie cups inside for about 10-14 days. Now i will have light on them for 18 hours and in darkness for 6, will this be acceptable, or does it need to be constant light, or less light?
Thanks,
Jake
Quick question on starting plants indoors
the benefits of lighting cycles other than 24/7 have been pretty well researched. you can do a thread search on here to see how much, but personally i've always used 24/7.
Quick question on starting plants indoors
I would suggest using 24/7 for up to two weeks after that I would cut it back to 20/4 plants need darkness to process all the light they received throughout the day (photosynthesis)
