New grow in grow tent 600w hps/mh

Hi everyone, may i just say i have learned so much recently from browsing everyones threads and grow logs, and it has inspired me to give it a go myself, i have purchased a grow tent the XXL Budbox which measures 1.2 Width by 2.4 Legth by 2 tall and thats in metres. Basically i want some advice on what to get now i am pretty certain i am going to use the flood and drain system because i can fit 2 1m x 1m trays and tubs in the tent, and when i do do this i will upgrade to 2 600w lights one for each area. Okay now to the advice i need:-

Do you think i should get 1000w hps/mh switchable lights instead of the 600w or will the 600's be enough?

I live in a flat and it is roughly 22 degees celcius all day long, what do you think the heat would be in my tent if i was running 1000w or 600w's and do you think a rvk 125mm extraction fan and carbon filter will be enough for this? I have ordered these already so if you could let me now if i need to change? And do you think i would need an inlet fan, i plan on having some other fans circulating the air inside the tent.

How many plants do you think i could grow in this area? I was thing to start off with 10 in each 1 x 1 tray and then mother 2 from each and flower 8 in each tray for a sea of green under either the 600w/1000w lamps, which should produce some good results.

Also, i have been reading a lot into my growing medium and this is where i would need the most help, i saw my friend growing in rockwool a few years back it looked very neat and tidy but i didnt pay much attention. Should i use rockwool or would someone recommend something else.Also if i start off with the seed in the small rockwool cube, does this stay with it its entire life even when i move it up to bigger pots, and also when i move it to bigger pots will i not need to fill the pot with some medium like clay pebbles anyway?

I have also ordered a small heated propergator and some 200w fluro grow lights to light my plants while they are still small, is this too much shold i ring on tuesday 1st thing and change to a 125w one?

I am hoping within the next couple of weeks aswell to convert an old small wardrobe and make this a vegging chamber as the plants will be smaller so i can fit more in and then i could keep the grow tent on constant 12/12, this way i could have a quicker harvest turnover, does this make sense or am i overdoing myself?

I know there are a lot of dreamers who come on here and say this and that but if you follow with me you will see a detailed grow log when its up and running which im hoping will be within the next 5 days.

So basically i have the fan, carbon filter,grow tent, and 1 flood and drain system (1m x 1m), propergator, thermo-hygrometer,ec wand and ph tester all gona be here on tuesday, some bits here already, so i am looking for advice on what lights to get, whether its worth getting the sir-cooled lights, what wattage lights, and other general advice on how i should go about this. I will be posting pics this week when some more bits arrive mbut i am hoping to be growing in the next 5 days, so help is needed. I dont want to sound flash but i dont mind spending some money if it means i get better results or better conditions, as this is something i see myself doing for a good few years to come.

if you have the 600 in a cool tube, that should be fine since you should be able to get it fairly close and cover that area...naturally, if you can keep it cool, a 1000 watt would be better..buds will be denser etc etc, just the problem of if you think you can vent it. cool tube and a 150cfm+ fan should do the trick.

Tanks for that info, does anyone have any idea how much heat the 1000w light will put in my tent, id rather buy 1000w's to start off with if i can use them, but still unsure about the heat. If i got an air-cooled 1000w light wold i be able to control the temp enough, and does my idea sound like a good use of space, the way i picture it is whe i have 8 mature plants in each tray it hould produce a sea of green over the whole area of the tent ie 2.4 x 1.2, does this sound reasonable.
