for sake of getting things to be as uniform and to achieve perfection at any costs i will say this, if you can afford it, then yes, you need it. And keep it at the temperature that will provide the maximum effects desired.

All plants need to be in a well ventalated box or room..
i would err on the side of just put it in an environment controlled box, humidity, light, sound, temperature.
for the sound i would recomend three 6 mafia, kottenmouth kings, lil wayne, beatles, led zep, hendrix, jefferson airplane/starship/them, cream, clapton, SRV, lynard skynard, grateful dead, black crowes, radiohead, MSI, Linkin Park, Audioslave, Jimmy Buffet, Sublime, Rammstein, pink floyd, nirvana, nine inch nails, ozzy, kanye, beck, hollywood undead, everclear, tupac, just some basic tunes to mellow your plants.
