Smart water versus Gatorade

Any coloring effect notwithstanding, anyone know if Smart Water
has similar levels of electrolytes/specific gravity enhancement as Gatorade? The trouble with Gatorade for me is the sugar or something else in it that gave me wicked runs. I have Crohn's disease and that is the last thing I need! I was in bed all day and that was from a practice attempt at dilution.

By the way, I have experimented with numerous home drug tests and I have found the kind with the cup and the test in the lid is more sensitive that the stick in cup. I tested negative in the early morning after some dilution using the stick in cup test and later tested positive with the lid test after more dilution!
