Got something in the oven

Double Fudge
1 stick of very green butter (1/2 cup)
Recipe calls for 1/3 cup veg oil so I had to adjust...

Stick of green butter, melted
Brownie mix
Fudge packet with the mix
spoon of cinnamon
Substituted 1/3 cup H20 for Coffee (medium roast)
1 airplane bottle of Kaluah.
few dashes of flour to get recipe back up to consistency
1 egg
2 T of veg oil so it wont dry out
sprinkle of powder sugar and cinnamon on top when cooler
i didn't add nuts because a friend is allergic but cashews will be next.

add extra flour to adjust.

Not sure of the amount of trim that went in. I don't sell so I don't own scales. Pretty good amount though to make that color. Photo was not color docked.

Wow. Next time I will stay at home for those. Best brownies I have ever tasted. The coffee made the brownies so moist and flavorful I couldn't even tell something was in them. the Kiluah was great also. I ate one 2 inch by 2 inch brownie and was gone for the last 6 hours. Still Kickin....
