it's my friend's marijuana and scale I just want to know so I can buy some from his dealer for spring break...

It's good enough. I started with weed like that.

Looks a little on the overfertilized side and may be harsher than a better-flushed bud, but visually it's appealing.
Only YOU can tell what it smokes like.
A good dealer- one with whom you will want to keep doing business with in the future- is easily convinced to let you have a bit of it, enough to fill a one-hitter, to try before you buy. It's a polite customer-relations move!
I think your friend and I may have the same scale, lol.
