Questions about seeds

ok i planted about ten seeds that i had germinated and i wated for like 5 weeks and no sign of plants so i dug them up and i found 8 of them and they looked like i used a soil that had a high firt in it or a high ph level cuz the seeds where all black and the tap root was all shriveled up and black so i just left the soil in the pot and i pout some cuttings some other plant for no aparint reason and i kept watering it the cuttings didn't grow but i got some other growth in there i dont think it is weed cuz it looks two tall but i dont know can any one help.

the sprouts have two small leaves and they are about 2 to 3 inches tall and they are about 4 days to a week i am not shure cuz i just pout the pot under my bed and i took it out when i was going to plant some more seeds and when i fund them i almost shit my pants cuz i left the pot under my bed for like a month and a half but like i said they looked prity yong what should i do

Give them some LIGHT .....

how deep did you put them on the soil? it is normal to have two leaves in the beginning.....every plant starts with two leaves....keep them under 24 hrs of light close to the bulb but careful not to burm/fry them...put your hand in betwenn and feel where it is comfortable and does not burn!

i just pout them in the soil a lil but after i bug up the others i just mixed up all the soil and they probly ended up on the bottem ot the pot one of them bent over i think i droped some thing on it the two leaves shriveled up and i dont think it is going to make it so i think i am stuck with one hoe it is a girl.
