Okay, we all know the different time schedules for flowering, but is there any information about a 6h on 6h off schedule or a 24h on 24h off having a pro or con effect on the growing.....Anyone out there tried this craziness?

wow 20+ reads, and no comments about different light schedule patterns??
oh well, just a silly thought I guess. :D :stoned:
Never tried it, myself... but one of the greatest things about growing your own is the fact that you're at liberty to experiment with new methods, ideas, tricks, etc. I think a lot of growers just prefer to stick with methods that replicate nature, or come close... which is probably why you're not getting a lot of feedback on the topic. I don't know if I'd try a 24 on/24 off schedule, as it might influence things like stem rot and mold with the lights being left off for such a long period of time. Anyway, be a pioneer, bro! And let us know how things work out for ya.
Ive used up to 14 hrs on/off if I had to change my light period due to company or appointments or any other reason someone should be at my house. Noticed no ill effects either way, but cant say I saw any real gain either. ive also never done this for more than a few days (I think the longest I had to do it was 4 days b/c I had a house inspection in the smack dab middle of my lights on cycle). So I dunno. Itd probably be easier if I could find a timer that isnt on a set 24 hr schedual, haha. :) Its kind of a pain in the ass to remeber to set your timer ahead two hours at 6 am before yor first cup of coffee.
