Likelyhood of Me being able to get MMJ License....
I was just curious how likely it would be for me to be able to get a MMJ license. I currently live in delaware, so no luck, but im getting into the hotel business so ill be able to get out of here when i graduate. I plan on trying to go to Aspen since i loved it there when i went.
Anyway.. i have a rare eating disorder. Its called Achalasia. A normal esophagus can do paristalsis (sp?).. which is basically swallowing. Its a wavelike motion of the muscles in your throat that pushes food down. Mine doesnt do that. My esophagus is dead. Since i was 6yrs old ive choked on food everyday. Its not severe/cant breath, but its like a pressure in my chest until i drink water or gravity pulls it down. Occasionally, like once/month i wont be able to breath but ive never gone unconcious from it.
When i was younger i was so underweight they let me eat in class and i later got a lot of surgeries, 2 major ones. One of them put a feeding tube (PEG Tube) into my stomach so that i could pump Ensure milk into it overnight for extra calories. I recently got that out and still choke, i just fight it. Clearly, when i smoke, i eat. So MJ basically helps me gain weight.
This is an extremely rare eating disorder and im just curious if you guys think id be able to get a license. It would be for the same purpose that people with Anorexia would use it for : to gain weight. Is that a legitimate reason?

I'm in Bethany Beach, I'm counting the days to when I move to the west coast and get myself a MMJ license. Theres hope out there for us in LSD. One day we will both get out haha
