Do Privately Owned Businesses have to drug test?

I just excepted a professional job in an out-patient Physical Therapy office. The office is a privately owned business and he never mentioned a drug test. I have Quick Fix but am having worse visions of him handing me a home drug test within his office and having me use the bathroom there verses a professional testing facility that I'm used to. I wouldn't know how to pull it off in order to heat up the Quick Fix. Do you think this could happen?Is it possible he won't test at all? I have to treat patients and I have never worked for such a small place before. Any comments would be appreciated.

You would usually have to sign some paperwork that authorized him to drug test. The first day on the job I think I would nuke the QF and stick it in your crotch just to be safe.

Even if he does want to drug test you whether collection at an off site facility or if them come to your site for collection or if it is an instant test, he still has to follow protocol and that is unobserved pre employment testing or a monitored test if it is a multistall bathroom (a same sex collector stands in the bathroom door way to protect entrance into the bathroom by others or if the water supply to the sinks can't be controlled) unless you give cause.

Practice carrying the QF on you and do it for the first few days.

Thanks. I live close enough that if it is in another facility, I can run home, NUKE, and be at the testing place with no worries. If the owner tests me on his own, and I NUKED before I went in that morning to be safe, How will I heat the urine up again if not tested and I already used the hot pack? He hired me quick, is supposed to call me tomorrow (Mon) with info. and I am to start on Tues. Maybe I'll find out more on Mon. Should I ask if I'm to get a physical prior to employment if he doesn't mention it? I'm sure once I'm hired there won't be randoms. Thanks for your input and I am not as near worried this time with my QF than I was three months ago for another job that I passed by quitting 35 days and dilution, then quit because I hated it.

You can reheat the QF as many times as u need too. Crouching it will help u keep it warm for several hours before u test. If for some reason your not tested Mon u can pick up some cheap hand warmers at the Dollar store or Walmart and heat it up again for the next day. I think they would let u know before hand if a physical was involved, but if not being a female will probably work in your favor. Good luck!:jointsmile:
