First Timer going with CFL's

Hello all, as the title suggests this is my first official grow. I have been doing a lot of research and have finally decided to do a closet grow SOG style utilizing nothing but CFL's. Here is the setup, pictures will follow soon:

Old armoire conversion(about 3 sq ft)
3 plants(waiting on clones)
3 lights
- 2 85watt(400watt equiv)(4200 lumens) 6500k
- 1 85watt(400watt equiv)(4200 lumens) 2700k
Broan bathroon exhaust fan(50 cfm) with dryer tubing to outside
passive intake 3"

The plan:
1. start three clones off with 1 85 watt cfl until deeply rooted.(24 hour light)

2. once properly rooted veg for 3 weeks(18-6)
3. once plants are sufficient height begin flowering(12-12)
4. continue until Amber trich's

Any Suggestions, other than buy a differant light.
