At minimum, you need to add CalMag Plus to any container grow that depends upon rain water, for reasons explained elsewhere on this site.
It's been done, but it's difficult. Do you not have a relatively safe grow spot available on the ground?
I have a safe grow spot, but the idea came to me and I thaught that On top a tree there would be maximum sunlight plus who doesnt want that bit of extra safety.
plus people are less likely to steal your grow even if they do spot it from the ground. :thumbsup:Quote:

mmm... This is getting interesting. I might acually try this idea sometime soon.
if i was to do this, i probally will try it.. but i would build a platform to make it like a ground setting and use grow bags, wouldnt the plants get more sunlight from being higher up ?Quote:

you get no more sun in a tree than on the ground-unless the tree shades the same ground. Lumin light don't get stronger in tree height's=plus your tree will shade your plant. MJ loves full sun-start to finish-find a place on the ground and read the foruims on steatlh grows-llowridr breeds.
Well if you think about it....you are talking about 1 plant up in a tree? I mean come on, nobody will notice one plant if it's in a wooded area, you wont even need to worry about security if it's just 1 plant..
Now unless you plan on strapping tons of pots high up in the trees :p but I wouldnt worry about 1 plant..
peace.love and luck! :)
