halogen lights ?

just a question, i have a 150w halogen globe similar to the ones found in motion sensor flash lights. Would this be better than a 32w fluro sitting in the same fixture?

No.

halogen lights are not in the correct light spectrum and run WAY to hot. They will burn up your plants.
