Need help finding out a song

I was in San Francisco back in 2003 and I remember being at a party and this song was playin,I dont know the chorus or who sings it,other than it was 2 guys rappin and one of them says "and the golden state,never would paper hate"
I know its hard with little to go on,but I have been tryin to figure this out for ages.

Not really into rap so I can't be much help, but I tried trusty ol' google and found a song that looks like it might be it?
