Test melatonin

Melatonin is found in a vitamin store with no prescription.

Would anybody want to take 30-50mg's

Just to test it out and post about your experience.


It makes you meditated and is not an intoxicant like

all other sleeping pills or prescription drugs. You have

no hangover or withdrawl from taking melatonin.It is

not like other sleeping pills that make you drowsy as fuck

so that all you feel like doing is sleeping. It is making you

like wide awake but you can sleep very easy if you want.

Its like smoking pot(word on the street)

You guys try it and let us know.

But im not sure.Just read the label and double the recomended dose.

I occasionally take melatonin in the form of a 3mg supplement. It works as a great sleeping aid and if you have the occasional insomnia like I do, this will work better than sleeping pills in my opinion which would leave you groggy in the morning. I actually get a very restful sleep with slightly more vivid dreams when taking melatonin before bed and I also wake up feeling quite refreshed! I would not say this has any recreational value at all nor would suggest that method anyway. Experiment with your dosage because a normal 3mg dose may be too much for some. 1.5mg usually is a good place to start and work from there until you get to sleep :D

just took 10mg last night helps me sleep sometime when i really need to sleep early. i dont abuse it though. i dont think if you abuse it, it will not good that great effects. you'll just feel tired that's all.. so no point in abusing this.
the effect of it is like you get soo soo tired and get soo sleepy! the best sleeping pill ever
