Crispi
3.07
But compared to the prices in Europe im happy to pay this
$3.09.9/gal for regular, and I resent getting RAPED in the wallet without at least getting kissed afterwords. Unfortunately, I can't *NOT* drive....I am a heating and air conditioning contractor....what am I supposed to do?? tell the customer to bring their broken central air conditioner to me so I can take a look at it??
Last summer my fuel bill averaged $1,000/month....I am really not sure I want to know what its going to cost this summer.... but then again, the customer pays for *everything*. I have already had to raise my prices once this year to cover higher fuel and transportation costs....and they say that the price here will be over $4.00/gal for regular by the 4th of July.
$2.98 - $3.05 regular, depending on where you go. we got one little station that is consitantly .05 - .10 cheaper than anywhere else and whats ironic is no one hardly ever goes there. they would prefere to goto some big chain station than to mom and pop
in NOR CAL its like 3.39 and 3.59 for chevron.
Sacramento its about 3.29
In my benighted little corner of the world, we're paying about 5 to 10 cents more than you . Day before yesterday, the CHEAP station was at $3.65- today it will be higher. I did a college paper about it- the ONLY place (from on line gas cost reports from major cities) where gas prices were higher, was Hawaii! They were usually less than a penny more than us.
Do you guys know about gasbuddy.com? They will find the lowest price in your area! They do both the US and Canada. I check with them before every trip out of my normal stompin' grounds. There can be as much as a 10 cent difference in local gas prices- and with the way gas prices are now, I'll take all the help I can get!

The price of regular here jumped again today... $3.15/gal for regular. All the satations within a 50 mile radius are the same price except for the "discount" stations... they are at $3.13/gal. All the prices here all change within the space of an hour. There is no way that *ANYBODY* can convince me that there isn't collusion and price fixing going on.Quote:

it sure sucks butt-nuggets, to own a home away from public transport, these days
less people are interested in doing much driving, thereby lowering the demand for secluded homes n' acrage, during these pricey pump premium days
