A former runner for Montgomery, AL Mayor...

A former political contestant for Mayor here in Montgomery, AL is currently my 'landlord'. I'm not going to say his name, but if you want to know who it is, look up the mayoral candidates for last year and it is the large alcoholic pig who lost. Anyways...

When the race was near its end, he put out an ad on television blaming the black population here in Montgomery for causing him and his 'precious family' to be woken up by gunshots in the middle of the night. He lost the election, only getting about a third of the total vote, and is now trying to focus on his rental property business. So, it's established that I personally think he is a big, fat pig of a racist, right?

Okay, here we go... My partner and I (I am a gay male) have been renting from this man since november and though we may have been late on the rent two times, we are overall the best tenants he has here in this building. My partner put up a gay pride flag one day, and within 48 hours our landlord came to our door and requested that we take it down. I did so with no problem on my part whatsoever. Soon after, things started to go down hill...

This past month, we received an email detailing all the late charges and such that we owe, and being the sort of tenants that we are, we contacted them and made payment arrangements to pay on the 1st and 5th of march all that we owed. On the 20th of February, we received a formal notice of the landlords intent to begin the formal eviction process because of backed payments. We contacted them again and they said that was a required letter and that our agreement was still good and not to worry about it.

After getting that letter, my partner and I decided to start looking for another place and informed the landlord that we would be moving out, but we would make sure that all the bills were taken care of... A few days later, on the 28th we were served with a small claims lawsuit, brought about by the fat alcoholic pig of a landlord. We intend to fight them in court, and we will not go down with out a fight....

Why did i write all of this? To say that i believe this man is not only a racist, but a homophobe as well. If he ever runs for mayor again, i will do everything in my power to go to the press and make sure he is NOT elected.
