should i or should i not

hi folks me again, i,m into my 4th week of flower and was just having a casual look at my girls tonight and i came across a a bud at the top of one of my plants and it had these banana shape looking things starting to come of the bud.now i,ve had these before near the end of my last crop which had obviously turned hermie but i think these are a bit too early!!!i carefully picked them off,will it be ok and keep growing as long as i keep checking on it and pulling the little things off they still seem to be growing ok?:(

You can try, but it can become overwhelming pretty quick. If you have other females in the same area, I'd kill the hermie.
