I was wondering if you got a MMJ card in california and moved to rhode island or some other MMJ state....are you still considered legal? or is it only for the state you got it in?

They are different. Colorado law states that the certification is also good in Montana and Rhode Island. Check your local laws to find out more. :hippy:

Hey, as far as I know, montana is the only state that honors other states' med cards
if u have your state card they have to honor it.... not your county card tho...
bayarea- who has to honor it? Is this written down somewhere? I have a hard time understanding how local law enforcement in some random town across the US is going to obey the laws of CA when CA's own officers often refuse to acknowledge the laws.
