Your right, Libertarians believe the government should be restricted and that the people should have their rights set in friggen stone. That way they can never be taken by people such as yourself that think rights and liberty are soft and can be shaped to fit your idears of what Freedom should be, instead of what it actualy is.

What??? You mean we shouldn't take the constitution literaly? I think the US government has already taken your advise. That's why we now have things like the drug war, the war on terror, and things like the patriot act also. A government that has no controls on it is a government out of control.
