I do believe so. Had a bunch of spirits in the house and they were not too friendly. One night I got stoned as hell, but half way through everything just started feeling tremendously evil and ominous! It scraed the hell out of me, and I blamed the weed. But this was before we knew about the ghosts. Afterwards things started happening in the house and we had a priests get rid of them for us.
when i get really fried on mushys i have conversations wit people ive never heard of in my head. meight not be ghosts but theres somethin strange goin on in my head
ahha yeah
I don't know...I live in a really old house (pre Civil War). I would think that dozens of ppl have been born and died in this house and I've never seen a spirit. Occasionally I see something on the main staircase, but if it's a ghost, it's the ghost of a small animal, probably a cat. I've never seen it any where else. One of the bedrooms gives me a creepy feeling, but that's about it. Oh, but, one time I thought I heard a child calling, "Momma," but that was before I had kids and I was a little freaked.
What type of creepy feeling do you get in that one room? Chills, goosebumps? If so get a digital camera and snap some pics around the room and see if you can capture any orbs on film.Quote:

It was a very old house in the mountains, it had been extended over the years but two of the rooms dated back around 400 years (mud brick walls and shit) and people had died there during the great famine, according to church records. There was never a "bad" feeling about the place, my mother believes in the spirit world and said she thought they were benign and somewhat melancholic.
In countries like Ireland with a very long sad history it is said some people linger on after death caught between our world and beyond. Ruined towns and castles are scattered all over the country, there is a fortified monastery near where i lived that was built over a millenium ago, and i have definitely "felt" something there.
Ghost sightings are common in a continent as old as europe. Its mad to think how much has gone before me, one of our heritage sites, newgrange, was built two thousand years BEFORE the pyramids of egypt! but anyway yes i do believe something lingers on through the ages. ive seen and felt things that cant be explained by any science ,and often my thoughts drift back, back into the twilight zone.........
hmmm this pollen is bloody strong
