i have a question about nuts
They're delicious. Particularly pistachios, but the pink ones stain your thumbs.
LOL
i mean nutes. im using pure blend pro grow at a ratio os 3 tablespoons per 5 gallons for my vegging with a n-p-k ratio of 3-1.5-4 in conjuction with pot o'gold for roots,, hydrozyme for roots cal-mag my ppm stay between 400-800 my vegging side seems to go for two months and there only 5 inches tall my ph is 5.75-6.0 my blooming side i use the same additives but i use pureblend probloom at 10 tablespoons per 5 gallons ppm at 800-1200 and ph at the same the n-p-k is 2.5-2-5 i know when you switch over to flower that you want to lower the n and raise the p-k im just wondering if there is another brand of nutes that would work better maybe more n on my vegging or more p-k on my blooming ive heard that fox farms three part formula with tiger bloom, big bloom, grow big are good? the have a ot higher amount of p-k- on flowering and more n-p-k- on vegg. wgat should i do thank uoi
Sez the hippie:
i mean nutes.
im using pure blend pro grow at a ratio os 3 tablespoons per 5 gallons for my vegging with a n-p-k ratio of 3-1.5-4 in conjuction with pot o'gold for roots,, hydrozyme for roots cal-mag
my ppm stay between 400-800
my vegging side seems to go for two months and there only 5 inches tall
my ph is 5.75-6.0
my blooming side i use the same additives but i use pureblend probloom at 10 tablespoons per 5 gallons ppm at 800-1200 and ph at the same the n-p-k is 2.5-2-5
i know when you switch over to flower that you want to lower the n and raise the p-k
im just wondering if there is another brand of nutes that would work better maybe more n on my vegging or more p-k on my blooming
ive heard that fox farms three part formula with tiger bloom, big bloom, grow big are good? the have a ot higher amount of p-k- on flowering and more n-p-k- on vegg.
Okey dokey. Am I correct in assuming that this is a hydroponic system?
There is a Pure Blend Bloom formula which has an appropriate npk for flowering plants.
I'm not a HUGE foxfarms fan; IMHO it's about on par with the GH 3-part, which is cheaper I think.
I like the Canna Aqua Flores for flowering in hydro. It's very hard to screw up.
Are you having problems with your plants, or do you just want to change nutes?
Are your plants going 2 months from seed to the time when they are supposed to flower, and are you concerned that they are not growing fast enough? Have you tried raising your ppm until you see slight tipburn and then backing off to the last point where you WEREN'T seeing burn?
i have tried raising ppm im just wondering if my nutes arent sufficiant enough could i be using a more powerful in the right areas and getting more out of my grow as in faster growth and bigger greener plant
i start from seed when the roots come out of the bottom of my net with rockwool i plant underneath and then its been 2 months and there only 4 or 5 inches tall
Did you get to the point of tip-scorch? More powerful WHAT?
4 or 5 inches tall with how many nodes?
Could you PLEASE make an attempt to make your posts more readable? Punctuation? I'm putting in the effort to answer your questions... can you make the effort to write them clearly?
what i meant was could i be using a more efficiant nutes with better n-p-k that would result in better growth than the pro grow that am using.im going to the hydro store and im just wondering if i should switch it up. When i raise the ppms during vegging at about 1 month into it. from 400-500 to 500-800 i get a blotche rust like color formed on the leaves, not on both sides just the top. Then the bottom fan leaves start turning a pale yellow. When i lower the ppms it seems that it takes about 2 days, but the leaves start rejuvinating. So its been 2 months and im still using the amount of nutrients it says for the start of vegging as opposed to increasing the strength for medium and strong veg growth.
Medium? Tap water or RO? Water temp? Room temp? Type of light? Type of system? I use pro grow and have gotten up to 9 oz off one plant......I don't think your brand of nutes is your problem.
