Few Quick Questions - 3rd round CFL grower

I have a 4x2x4 box, split 2/3 - 1/3, soil, all CFLs (up to 15), reflector in the larger chamber, all white inside, both chambers port through 6" x 18" scrubber, going on my 3rd grow

1) Foil Tape vs e.blankets vs mylar - which is best? personal experiences?, preferences, etc?

2) Using Ona with the carbon, would this help? My system is around 8 months old, and I'd give it a B/B+ on smell masking.
